Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Place the drill or accessory back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bits, batteries, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the tool's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
